Information for Online Booking

Thank you choosing to check availability and book online. Please read through this information, which will help explain the booking system and hopefully make things easier for you!

When you click the Proceed link at the bottom of this page you will enter a secure external booking site which will let you check availability and process your holiday reservation at The Old Oaks Touring Park.

To navigate between pages on this site, please use the bar at the top of the page (labelled - search, results, accommodation, extras, payment).

Do not use the back button in your browser as this will take you out of the site and you will need to log back into The Old Oaks website before clicking the 'Check Availability' button again.

  • Page 1 (Search) will ask the approximate date on which you wish to arrive. Enter your preferred date then click Search.
  • Page 2 (Results) will display pitch availability for the requested date. If there are no pitches available, close alternatives will be given. The price shown refers to a standard grass pitch plus 2 adults. Choose which date option you wish to take then click Select.
  • Page 3 (Accommodation) gives options for the type of pitch you require (standard, standard plus or serviced). Click on the white box for the type of pitch you require (this will say '1 night from £15', for example. The drop down will display options for the number of nights available and the price. Click to choose the number of nights then click Select.
  • Page 4 (Extras) will ask for information about the booking (type and size of unit and any extras such as dogs or extra cars). Note: single persons should select single person discount as the normal price quoted will refer to 2 adults sharing. Please note we cannot accept more than 2 adults per pitch when booking online. Parties of 3 or more should phone on 01458 831437 or email info@theoldoaks.co.uk.
  • Page 5 (Payment) will ask for personal details (name, address, contact info) as well as your card details. Enter these, read through our Terms and Conditions then click Book Now.
