Premier Adult Only Caravan Touring Park with Fishing
Nestled beneath The Old Oaks Touring Park and Campsite, with a great view of Glastonbury Tor, our half-acre coase fishing lake is well stocked with good sized carp, roach and tench. It's situated less than 300 metres from many of our pitches with good access and parking within 20 metres for the less able.
Exclusively for our caravan park guests, fishing is only £3 per session; providing great value sport in an idyllic environment.
Regulars to The Old Oaks will be pleased to hear that we have reverted back to having 2 sessions per day during the summer, instead of the 3 implemented last year.
Sessions during the early and late season (when the evenings are dark earlier) are dawn to 1pm and 1pm to dusk. Spring & summer sessions are dawn to 2pm and 2pm to dusk.
Pre-booking now available
It is now possible to pre-book your fishing (by phone) and pay for the sessions of your choice. That way you can be guaranteed there will always be a spot available for you during our busier times.
Fishing Conditions - no boilies, night fishing or keep nets. Landing net to be used at all times. Day visitors are not permitted to fish.

Nature Around The Pond at this Fishing Campsite
Even if fishing's not your thing, the pond is still well worth a visit for it's beauty alone. The whole touring park is a haven for wildlife but nowhere more so than at the pond. Foxes, herons and even kingfishers are but a few of the animals that can be spotted here. See our wildlife page.
