ALL BOOKINGS ARE ACCEPTED SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
- Cancellatinos: Monies will ve refunded less a £20 deposit and a £5 admin fee.
- The Old Oaks is an adult only park catering for singles, couples and families (18+) with group or block bookings accepted solely at the discretion of the owners. Whilst we may accept a block booking we do not book shared pitches (ie: 2 units on one pitch or 2 couples sharing one tent).

Pitches are reserved from 1pm on day of arrival until
12 o'clock midday on day of departure. The pitch must he
vacated by this time and new arrivals must not be before 1pm
unless by prior arrangement. Those wishing to make a late departure
should enquire at Reception if this is possible. Please do not arrive
before 1pm unless by prior arrangement.
WE DO NOT HAVE A LATE ARRIVALS AREALATEST NEW ADMISSIONS: High and Mid Season - Strictly 8pm Low Season - Strictly 6pm
- Use of groundsheets in Awnings: (These conditions apply to caravans, motorcaravans and trailer tents). Due to the damage caused to the grass by groundsheets, we only accept BREATHING TYPE on grass pitches. On the hardstanding pitches the awning must be erected on the gravelled area, therefore any type of groundsheet may be used.
- Dogs are very welcome on the Park; but must be kept on a lead at all times, unless using the exercise area provided and must not be allowed to foul the Park (accidental fouling is the responsibility of the owners).
- Bar-B-Q's are permitted, using charcoal or gas, provided they do not cause annoyance to other campers BUT MUST BE KEPT WELL CLEAR OF THE GRASS. We do not permit campfires or Bar-B-Q's with wood. Washing lines must not be tied 'to or between' trees or between tents or caravans.
- All new arrivals and visitors must call at Reception BEFORE entering the Park. Day visitors (18+ Max 4 per unit) must park in the designated area and will be charged according to length of stay. It is not acceptable for visitors to arrive when the reception is closed or to stay later than 10.30pm
- THE PARK IS CLOSED TO ALL VEHICLE ACCESS between 11.15pm - 7.30am. NB.
- We reserve the right to refuse admittance or to terminate the visit of any person or persons whose conduct is detrimental to The Old Oaks Touring Park or to other visitors. The owners will not accept liability in respect of any person or the property of any person using the park however caused or sustained.
