This festival takes place at Wells Little Theatre, Cedars Hall and Wells Little Theatre rehearsal rooms.

The Wells Comedy Festival – established in 2015 – brings the finest comedians in the country to the heart of Somerset for one jam-packed weekend.

Previous acts include Harry Hill, James Acaster, Stewart Lee, Sara Pascoe, Nish Kumar, Bridget Christie, Rhod Gilbert, Lou Sanders, Phil Wang and Joe Lycett.

2025’s line-up includes Simon Amstell, Sara Pascoe, Rhys James, Rosie Jones, Glenn Moore, Thanyia Moore, Kemah Bob and many more.
