This beekeeping workshop is an introduction into the world of keeping your own bees and producing your own delicious honey! Taking place right on the grounds of Old Oaks Touring & Glamping, you can experience first hand how to get started. All equipment provided.

Beekeeping Experience at Old Oaks

This workshop is for guests staying at Old Oaks and also locals in the area. It is designed as an introduction for novices or those thinking about becoming a beekeeper. This course will provide you with the necessary knowledge to decide if beekeeping is something for you.

Experiences are usually on Monday or Wednesday (weather dependent)* and the sessions are run in small groups of 5 or fewer to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to ask questions and take part.
