The ongoing Covid19 situation has made it necessary to make changes to our usual T&Cs, due to the continued disruption and significant impacts on the tourism industry and our park. The virus is outside of everyone’s control and over the past 2 years we’ve worked hard to ensure all of our valued customers are treated fairly and justly, whilst at the same time, ensuring that our business will be remain sustainable into the future.
With infection rates running high we are no longer able to carry the burden for losses incurred due to Covid. Every cancellation or change of dates equates to a loss for our business and therefore we strongly recommend you either take our Covid Cover or other robust travel insurance.
Covid19 Refund Cover can be added to new bookings (or within 7 days of making the booking) – this will entitle you to request a refund for the following Covid related reasons that means you are unable to visit: lockdown, travel restrictions, symptoms of, or infection from covid of one or more of your booked party. Charges are £25 per week or part week for touring and £39 for glamping.
If you choose not to take this cover, you will not be entitled to move your booking or request a refund.
Covid Cover must be requested or selected at the time of booking or not later than 7 days after the booking date (so long as this is at least 1 month before your arrival date).
