Most previous information has been removed from this page as we envisage that many restrictions will not be necessary (fingers crossed!). If new rules are brought in, they will be updated here.
Arrivals procedures (introduced for Covid will remain as a permanent fixture)
Arrival time is STRICTLY AFTER 1.30PM for all touring guests, 2pm for glamping cabin guests, and 3pm for lodge & shepherd hut guests.
~ Arrive at entrance as usual (touring on the left at the top of the drive, glamping in the car park in front of reception)*
~ Touring guests, please wait in your vehicle before the security barrier (about 1 metre back from the white line, so that the barrier does not open)*
~ Text our duty phone number 07910 505066 to let us know you’re here*
~ Warden will take you to your pitch or accommodation
*All of the above procedures with a * will remain in place on a permanent basis, post Covid, as check-in times are greatly reduced, using this method.
Other changes which will remain for 2022 and beyond
~ Reduced hours in shop & reception. 9am to 7pm. Lunch 12 noon to 12.30pm
