NB. in 2026 breakfast will be available Mon to Sat from 23rd March to 17th Oct. Outside of these dates, it will be Mon, Fri & Sat only. Timings are 9am to 10am Mon to Fri and 9am to 10.30am on Saturdays.

No need to pre-order wood-fired pizza (but you can on the day if you like, from about 4.30pm). Gourmet burgers & lasagne & chips can be ordered in person, on the day, direct with Lavender Kitchen. Roast dinners (Thursdays) are very popular and pre-ordering on the number shown on their board, is highly advisable.
⭐️ Indian (Wed & Sun) and Fish & Chips (Mon) will be delivered en masse to our courtyard outside reception, as usual. The driver will unload the food and then a member of our staff will call your name or number.
⭐️ Breakfast, Wood-fired Pizza (Tues), Thai / Caribbean (Sat), Burgers (Fri) and Roast* (Thurs) is available from the courtyard outside reception from 5pm or 5.30pm. No need to pre-order burgers or breakfast (except for vegan / veggie). ROAST DINNER – PRE-BOOKING HIGHLY ADVISABLE (nearly always sell out). Pay direct to the supplier. Call or message 07802 420623 for veggie/vegan options and roast dinner to ensure availability.

How does it work for the takeaway deliveries?
- Pre-order your food with reception by completing an order form (from tourist info room) by time specified on the day (dependent on supplier), or place your order by email info@theoldoaks.co.uk. Please state your name and pitch number.
- Pay at reception (card payments preferred) or if you’d prefer, email your order to info@theoldoaks.co.uk, and we’ll send you a payment link. Please be aware, there is a £1.50 per person to cover admin, organisation and delivery.
- The food will be delivered outside reception between 6.30 – 7.30pm (dependent on supplier).
NB. Very larger orders may mean a longer wait, but we’ll do our best to give you an expected delivery time. Also note that in order to maintain the quality desired, there is a maximum limit of 25 orders for fish & chips and these will be now be delivered at 6pm and 6.30pm.
Placing your order as early as possible will give us a better indication of numbers and estimated delivery times.
