Glastonbury Abbey – Night at the Abbey 2026

Night at the Abbey returns for a late-summer celebration of music, light and atmosphere in the historic grounds of Glastonbury Abbey. As day turns to night and the ruins glow under beautiful illumination, the site comes alive with multiple stages, a world street-food market, independent traders, and bars serving everything from local ales to cocktails.

Main (Dan’s) Stage – From Dub to Disco (via Bluegrass)
Headlining the night is Sophie Ellis-Bextor, bringing her unmistakable disco-pop sparkle, powerhouse vocals and joy-filled performance. They’re joined by The Blow Monkeys, weaving sophisticated pop and soulful hooks; An Dannsa Dub, all the way from Scotland blending traditional melodies with deep, resonant dub; and The Often Herd, celebrated for their inventive, melodic bluegrass fusion.

King Arthur Stage – Finest Electronica
For those seeking all day groove and movement: Alexis Taylor (Hot Chip) delivers an eclectic DJ set rich in colour and rhythm, while Phil Hartnoll (Orbital) channels the euphoric, rave-era heartbeat of one of electronic music’s most influential acts. More acts still to be announced.

The Nook – DJs in the Trees hosted by More Tea
Tucked away beneath the trees, The Nook hosts Grant Plant alongside local selectors spinning deep, soulful selections and dancefloor treasures — part hidden rave, part secret garden gathering. Stay tuned for more DJs being announced for this unique experience.

The Lineup so far features:

  • Phil Hartnoll (Orbital) DJ Set

Plus more to announce…

You can bring a dog to Night at the Abbey but it isn’t a great environment for one. We recommend giving it a night off.

This is a Glastonbury Abbey fundraising event. Glastonbury Abbey is a charity whose income is almost solely derived from admissions and event tickets. The cost of your ticket directly contributes to the conservation and maintenance of Glastonbury Abbey for future generations.
