Another chance to pack up your picnic basket, grab a couple of chairs and enjoy the atmosphere of this well-established open-air music event, set in the glorious Glastonbury Abbey grounds.
Glastonbury Abbey’s annual spectacle of lights, music and entertainment is set among the ruins of this historic spot and plays host to bands from all over the UK as well as the finest local talent, across 5 stages.
Bring a torch, camera and your family and friends to experience the spectacularly illuminated Glastonbury Abbey ruins in all their atmospheric beauty. Another summer highlight for locals and visitors alike.
Why not make an evening of it?
We’ll be running a coach for Old Oaks guests this year. Leaving the park at 2.45pm and returning at 11pm (times may vary), so that you can really make a day / night of it. Hop over to Glastonbury Tours website for full details here. Gates open at 3pm. Bring your picnic chairs and fleecy blankets. Maybe even a picnic, although there is a bar and food is available. Spend the evening chatting, singing along and enjoying the atmosphere and ambience of the wonderful Abbey grounds. Well behaved dogs are permitted on leads.
Tickets for the event will be available from the Glastonbury Abbey website or the Abbey shop in Glastonbury (when released).
