How to purchase (see here)

• Choose your preferred image for the voucher by scrolling through the options
• One and Two night glamping have their own image
• Choose the value of the voucher
• Pick if the voucher will be sent direct to the recipient or back to yourself
• You can add a personalised message
• If you wish to give the physical voucher to the recipient, select ‘yourself’ so that you can print it off

Expiry

Old Oaks gift vouchers are valid for two years from the date of purchase and cannot be used once expired

Redeeming vouchers

To redeem a voucher, please call Old Oaks on 01458 831437 as we cannot accept gift vouchers through the online booking system.

Terms and Conditions

• Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed after the expiry date.
• Gift vouchers can be used for pitch fees and glamping accommodation. They cannot be used in the shop or for any other services.
• For purchasers, gift vouchers are non-refundable.
• For recipients, gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Gift vouchers can be redeemed in part with the balance redeemable at a later date before expiry.
• Old Oaks is an adult only park so please do not purchase vouchers for anyone under the age of 18.
• One and two night midweek glamping vouchers can only be used from Sun to Thurs only*
• Two night weekend glamping vouchers can be used anytime, subject to availability.
• *it may be possible to upgrade a midweek voucher to a weekend by adding an additional night
